Rachael Neubauer received her BFA from Florida International University, Miami, FL (1993) and her MFA from Ohio State University, Columbus, OH (1995).

Neubauer is the recipient of many awards and grants including the Fleishhacker Foundation Eureka Fellowship, San Francisco, CA; the Gerbode Grant, acquisitions in the collection of M.
