Artadia donors at the National Council level and above are invited to exclusive donor trips to cities across the US and abroad. We create an art-filled itinerary, including studio visits with Awardees and acclaimed local artists, collection visits, exhibition tours, and general sight-seeing! Accommodations are made by Artadia staff at highly-rated hotels, and local cuisine is highlighted in our restaurant choices.

Upstate Getaway
June 2026
Artadia is first ever Getaway is in June! The group will travel to Upstate New York to visit artist studios, collaborative exhibition spaces, a private collection, and galleries. This trip includes transportation to and from New York City and housing in Hudson, NY for one night.
21c Bentonville
Fall 2026
In alignment with our next 21c Museum Hotels Award cycle, Artadia will hold a trip to Bentonville, AR in the fall of 2026. The group will visit the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art after its notable expansion which increased gallery space by 50%.

Prospect.6 New Orleans, LA
October 30–November 2, 2024
Artadia attended the opening weekend celebration of Prospect.6 in New Orleans, Louisiana, the future is present, the harbinger is home, a citywide contemporary art triennial. Donors had VIP access to exclusive P.6 events, as well as time with our Awardees featured in the triennial: Andrea Carlson, Bethany Collins, Brendan Fernandes, Jeffrey Meris, Joiri Minaya, Stephanie Syjuco, and Clarissa Tossin.
21c Trip to the Research Triangle
September 26–September 29, 2023
On the occasion of our 21c Artadia Award Program in the Research Triangle, we traveled to Chapel Hill, Durham, and Raleigh. We spent time with our 2023 21c Research Triangle Artadia Awardee André Leon Gray, finalist Raj Bunnag, visited the Nasher Museum of Art, and had collection visits.
Trip to the United Arab Emirates
March 8–March 12, 2023
Artadia donors visited the United Arab Emirates on the occasion of the Sharjah Biennial 15 featuring six Artadia Awardees. Donors spent the five days around Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi, visiting major art and historical sites throughout the trip. The group attended the Sharjah Biennial, visited mosques, toured the Louvre Abu Dhabi, and saw Board Member Summer Wheat’s solo exhibition at Zidoun-Bossuyt Dubai Gallery.
21c Trip to Kansas City, Missouri
September 28–October 1, 2022
Artadia traveled to Kansas City, Missouri upon awarding the 21c Kansas City Artadia Award. We had the opportunity to tour key city sites, visited the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art, had a studio visit with 21c Kansas City Artadia Awardee Kathy Liao as well as finalist Jill Downen, had guided tours of the Kansas City Art Institute and the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art, and attended a private collection visit.
